If a payment was processed, we will fully refund the amount.

3. Products, Customization, and Hygiene Restrictions

Certain items, particularly innerwear, shapewear, and lingerie collections, are subject to high health and hygiene regulations.

• We have made every effort to display the colors and textures of our products as accurately as possible. However, your device screen may display variations.

• As detailed in our Delivery & Return Policy, intimate garments like panties, adhesive pieces, and individual components of matching innerwear sets are fundamentally non-returnable once the package seal is broken.

4. Accuracy of Billing & Account Details

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
